To confirm the booking of a stay, the customer must pay the deposit within the terms set out in the quote and the balance of the reservation in the manner specified below:
- payment of the deposit equal to 30% of the total reservation by bank transfer or cash.
- balance payment on arrival at the campsite. We accept payment in cash or with debit and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, CartaSi, V-PAY). We do NOT accept payment by Diners, American Express or by check.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
Cancellation: in case of cancellation of the reservation, the customer will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the deposit if the cancellation is notified at least 30 days before the date of arrival. No refunds will be given for cancellations after the 29th day from the beginning of the stay and in case of no-show or early departure.
Interruption of the stay: in case of early interruption of the stay or no amount will be refunded.
The stay for the accommodation units and pitches starts from the date of arrival at 3:00 p.m. until the date of departure at 10:00 a.m.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer is unable to arrive by 19:00 on the day, is required to notify the reception by calling +39 0365 502080.
In case of non-arrival, the management will keep the assigned resource available to the customer until 11:00 am the next day.
In case of no-show before 11:00 a. m. of the following day without any communication, the direction of Camping Sereno reserves the right to cancel the reservation and make the accommodation unit and/or pitch available to third parties.
In case that the guest does not the accommodation unit and/or pitch within the indicated time, the management of Camping Sereno may charge the Client a supplement equal to 50% of the daily rate, according to the price list published on the website www.campingsereno.it.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the Customer is obliged to pay the full amount of the booked period.
